Taxes & Delivery Charges

The appropriate taxes and delivery charges will be added to your purchase at the time of check out. Taxes vary by state/province and are payable based on the location of the recipient of the products. Delivery charges vary depending on local delivery or shipping rates.

Returns & Exchanges

EtrafficPress.com is happy to replace a product should you or your recipient not be fully satisfied. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product and simply return the product intact for your refund or exchange. Shipping and delivery charges are not refundable or reimbursable. At the discretion of EtrafficPress.com, refunds will take the form of credit with EtrafficPress.com or by cheque, sent within 60 days of refund approval.

In general, digital content purchased and/or downloaded from EtrafficPress.com is not returnable or refundable. If you experience technical problems accessing a download or using the item you purchased, we are happy to help you troubleshoot the problem.

Cancellations

EtrafficPress.com is a print-on-demand company and does not accept cancellations without a penalty equal to 50% of the order.

Correct Addresses & Re-Deliveries

Complete address details must be provided for the delivery of products.

If the recipient is unable or unavailable to receive delivery at the address indicated on the order or a change of delivery destination is requested, then an additional shipping and handling charge will apply.
